Learn how to take the detoxifying experience of the infrared out into your everyday life. Come for some oily goodies.

Haute's Healthy Tip: Get some sleep

Improve your mood, sex drive, lower your food cravings, with adding more sleep (and infrared) to your regimen. Make a simple goal this week to try and get to bed 20 minutes earlier. Set yourself up with time to unwind after your signature infrared session. A good oil to promote sleep and restoration is. Young Living's Lavender Essential Oil. Other uses include:

  • Aid in emotional well-being
  • Help balance body systems
  • Soothes the mind
  • Aids in restoring the skin
  • Restore skin complexion and reduce impurities Powerful antioxidants
  • Relieves tension in various body systems

Tip: Use Lavender as part of your evening routine. Rub oil on the bottom of your feet before bed or spritz your pillow with distilled water and Lavender mixed in a spray bottle.

Soothing Sleepy Tea:

  • Chamomile and or Sleepytime tea

  • Add one to two drops of lavender oil to the honey
  • Put the tea bag in the mug
